COVID-19 Updates

Valued Patient,

Patient safety – and the safety of our team members – is always our #1 priority at Lipstock LASIK & Cataract Center. Information about COVID-19 is changing on a daily basis and we are continually reassessing how our practice should respond to increased risks.

At this time, our practice is restricting non-essential appointments for patients. This means that if you have a regular eye exam or any other type of appointment that can be safely delayed, we will be rescheduling those appointments for a later date. If you have not already been contacted by our staff regarding your appointment, please call us directly at (804) 288-1543 to verify if your appointment is still on.

Telehealth at Lipstock Lasik and Cataract Center

Now for some Good News! Virtual eye exams are now available at Lipstock LASIK and Cataract Center thanks to the government expanding telehealth coverage!

With a very simple process, we can now set up a live audio and video connection in a virtual exam room with you and Dr. Lipstock. No downloading of any software, apps or high-level computer skills are needed to connect to our HIPAA compliant virtual examination. These virtual visits are available for eye care needs that encompass the diagnosis and treatment of eye problems or management of ongoing conditions such as dry eye,  styes, red eyes, painful eyes, blurry vision and any other new or ongoing ocular disorders.

While we cannot perform a full eye exam virtually, having this option will allow Dr. Lipstock and our team to continue providing high-quality eye care to our patients during these unprecedented times. Call us at (804) 288-1543 to schedule a virtual appointment today.

Stay healthy.

Dr. Ken Lipstock
